Caitlin Clarke, the junior guard of Iowa women’s basketball team has emerged as one of the most exciting basketball players, men or women, in the game. Her performances in her last two games in the elite 8 final and in the national semi-final were spectacular. In the national semi-final game against an undefeated and #1 ranked University of South Carolina it was a game for the ages. As one of the television commentators stated this is a Heavy Weight battle where both teams fought hard every minute of the game. Iowa won by a score of 77-73 and Caitlin Clarke scored 41 points. Today they will play Louisiana State University for the national championship at 3:30 EST in what should be a memorable game.
